All tenant applicants from the Kansas City Area are run through the ALERT system, and the national sex offender database (covering all 50 states).
Applicants from outside the Kansas City area are run through a national database, with 46 states reporting, as well as the national sex offender check.
If you order eviction database checks, and the applicant is not from Kansas or Missouri, the eviction database for the applicants' state of origin (or most recent residence) will be checked.
